About Sarah

Sarah McCulloch is an award-winning folk singer-songwriter and country artist, known for her exceptional ability to weave captivating stories through her music. She was born into Florida Folk, having been raised in a swampy remote enclave of northeastern Collier County, near the Big Cypress Seminole Reservation. Her family built their home with hand-milled cypress from her Father's sawmill. She was homeschooled for most of her formative years and drew songwriting inspiration from her colorful childhood, surrounded by the Seminole Tribe and Florida pioneers.  Her latest full-length album is a live endeavor, recorded in one session on March 21, 2026 at the Temple Beth El in Hollywood, Florida. Backed by the red-hot White Knuckle Flyers, the triumphant new release features a compilation of 13 fan favorites plus two brand new tracks - "Cherokee Rose" and "Sure to Be a Rainbow." Sarah was recently recognized by the State of Florida's Division of Arts and Culture for her significant contribution to country music. Her music has been added to the state Folklife Program's online encyclopedia of Florida music.
